In-Person Women's Retreat: Dancing with the Elements
An Embodied Exploration of Natural Wisdom
Theresa Cunningham and
Monisha Mittal
Washington, DC
October 24, 2026: 10 am-8:30 pm (with lunch break and catered dinner)
What happens when we remember our connection to nature? Just as your body is connected to the rhythms and wisdom of the seasons, it is also connected to the wisdom of the elemental forces--earth, water, fire, and air--that are a vital part of life on this Earth. The qualities they bring—such as grounding, flow, passion, or clarity—invite us to draw on these energies in ways that support greater wholeness and coherence.
What happens when we let the elements move through us? What messages might they have for your life right now?
In Dancing with the Elements, participants are invited to explore the elements of earth, water, fire, and air through movement, storytelling, vocal play, and moments of stillness. Using the principles of InterPlay, we’ll awaken the body, loosen the mind, and discover new ways to express ourselves.
Come ready to play, listen, move, and discover what your body already knows.
