A Four-Week Online Sacred Embodiment Journey in the Tree of Life Practice

I invite you to stand at the base of a tree with me. This tree is not a metaphor. It is a living cosmology: a map of your body, our Mother Earth beneath and around you, and the unseen world that moves through both.

For four weeks, I will walk with you through the tree's own life cycle, and together we'll explore the richly complex layers of this living archetype within. Each week, we will inhabit one movement of the tree's life: Rooting, Growing, Blossoming, Seeding. Guided by the Tree of Life Meditation and a series of embodied, creative, shamanic, and contemplative practices, you will remember your body as a Nature Intelligence, bring healing awareness to body, mind and spirit, and connect deeply with that which gives you life, from root to crown.

No experience with movement, shamanic practice, or somatic work is necessary.
