Why BIPOC ONLY?

BIPOC communities have been disproportionately impacted by the pandemic and racial oppression, as reported by sources including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the Associated Press. While other communities have also been affected, the trauma faced by BIPOC communities—stemming from centuries of grief, loss, and systemic injustice—runs deep. For generations, these communities have pressed forward without fully addressing or healing from the hidden wounds beneath the surface.

InterPlay offers unique body wisdom tools and practices that provide release and relief, empowering individuals through Focus Sessions to heal and reclaim their strength.

***The Playful HUE is an evolving hub of connection within the Melanated InterPlay community. It currently includes two offerings: the monthly InterPlay BIPOC Points of Collaboration gathering, and the BIPOC Loving Container Focus Session, which is available by request. Together, they offer space for joy, reflection, and healing through embodied practice.***

Come be part of these BIPOC-focused offerings—see the list below.

Cost: FREE and donations to InterPlay welcome!
