Have you been feeling a bit stretched thin, like you’re running on empty more often than not?

Maybe life has been moving too fast, your energy feels scattered, or your sense of purpose a little foggy. Whether you’re a healer, artist, activist, educator, or simply someone trying to show up for the world (and yourself) with heart—this space is for you.

For the first time in India, the InterPlay Life Practice Program invites you into a journey of ease, creativity, and connection. Through movement, voice, story, stillness, and simple body wisdom practices, we’ll explore ways to return to ourselves—gently and playfully. This isn’t about performing or fixing. It’s about discovering tools to bring more joy, breath, and clarity into everyday life.

What is the InterPlay Life Practice Program?

• A rich, experiential journey into body wisdom—learning through movement, voice, story, stillness, and playful connection
• An easy and joyful way to quiet the busy mind and become more present to our body and its wisdom
• A toolbox of practices you can carry into daily life—at home, at work, in community, and within yourself
• It is facilitated by experienced and certified InterPlay facilitators from the US and India
• It is a first step for someone who would like to train to become a Certified InterPlay Leader

Who Is This For?
• Healers, therapists, and wellness practitioners needing replenishment
