India
November 16th - November 23rd
We are excited to announce an InterPlay-full arts and cultural immersion in India in November 2025 from 17th-23rd. A week-long InterPlay immersion is being hosted in Udaipur, Rajasthan in collaboration with InterPlay leaders in India.
Udaipur, is a cultural city in the north of India. It's also called the "City of Lakes," with a breathtaking blend of royal heritage, artistic traditions, and scenic beauty. Surrounded by the Aravalli Hills, its grand palaces, serene lakes, and historic temples reflect Rajasthan’s rich culture. The city is known for its intricate miniature paintings, handwoven textiles, and vibrant festivals.
Through the retreat, along with InterPlay sessions, participants would also get an opportunity to experience and dip their feet into local art forms like puppetry, indigo dyeing and learn a rajasthani dance form.
The week would be a mix of guided tours through the city, to temples and palaces, learning art forms and doing InterPlay! We can also guide people to continue their journey to other cities while in India by providing recommendations and best tips. We can even connect you with others coming to the program in order to travel together.
The leaders of the program will be launching a Life Practice Program before this Untensive so participants from that will be invited to come play and connect.
Local InterPlay leaders Sukhmani Kohli, Wishal Singh are from the city itself and would help organize a very local cultural experience. All four leaders have a love for clown and performance. The last session of the Untensive will be an informal performance and celebration, using InterPlay to share in the magic of spontaneously sharing movement, storytelling and voice.
