Led by Toni McClendon (Guest Leader), Ruth Garwood, Eef Kolkman, and Donna Mazzola
Stories can be as brief as one line. Even short tellings open windows into our own life experience and make a bridge to other people. This light-hearted workshop, uses building blocks of InterPlayTM, and offers a variety of beginner-friendly techniques for sharing our stories. We strengthen connections through our similarities and differences.

Ruth Garwood
Ruth Garwood embraces both the wisdom and the mischief in InterPlay, applying them in her improvisations in preaching, antiracism work, and activism. InterPlay has brought her deep gratitude for stillness, storytelling and movement. Her superpower is being with.
Lois Toni McClendon
Lois "Toni" McClendon (she/her) is a Storyteller in the African American Oral Tradition, as well as a peace & social justice activist. Toni serves on the Board of Body Wisdom as Secretary. She is a Life Practice Program Leader and a Certified InterPlay leader from Pittsburgh PA USA. Always walking the Beauty Way, Toni believes in building Bridges to Unterstanding between people of all ages from around the world. She is totally committed to Racial Equity and Transformation and strives to emodying the principles and practices of InterPlay in her life's work.Toni is also a member of ABAFASI, a women's West African-style drumming and performance group.
Eef Kolkman
Originally from the Netherlands, Eef Kolkman spent most of her working life in education and social work. Interplay gives her the opportunity to have meaningful, playful interactions with others and to build community together. Her superpower is her indomitable spirit.
Donna Mazzola
Donna Mazzola is a InterPlay leader and Natural Dreamwork practitioner. She integrates the tools of InterPlay to help breathe life into dreams. Donna also weaves the Body Wisdom of InterPlay with creative expression through movement, poetry, collage, smearing paint, and the 12 initiations of Art of Ensoulment. Donna is an Art of Ensoulment Coach. Her superpower is her attennae that attune her to others.
