This workshop will use elemental rituals to relieve stress and ignite connection, shift our consciousness to stay grounded and centered. It will utilize the tools and forms of InterPlay, which is committed to Racial Equity & Transformation. Mindfulness practices, such as Zen Meditation, Taichi, and Qigong will also be used to foster oneness and solidarity with one another.
