Decolonizing the Body Book Celebration!

Join us for an evening of liberatory somatic practice, reading and celebration.
Kelsey Blackwell and Phil Porter

Oakland, CA

Saturday, March 25, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

It’s a book celebration! InterPlay Leader Kelsey Blackwell wrote a book.

Let’s celebrate her and this amazing accomplishment.

Decolonizing the Body is a guide to unhooking from internalized feelings of “less than,” a celebration of all bodies, and a reminder that the body is our portal to spirit, ancestors, ritual, and deep time.

It’s written for Women of Color, but because of the systems of supremacy we all live inside of, it’s a reminder that we’ve all been shaped by the colonial project.

All bodies are invited to join us for this free event of liberatory somatics practice, reading and celebration.

Masks required indoors.

P.S. If you would like Kelsey to sign your book please bring it!
