Gathering in a sacred circle of playful men and women you shake out a hand - then another hand - while you stretch, laugh, warm up your body and ignite your spirit.

The drum begins to beat, as your mind and body move into a place of blissful stillness. You find yourself merging your energy with a magnificent wild animal – flying, galloping, running, crawling, or swimming as the drum brings you deeper into your journey. You hear the strong breath of this wild and gentle animal at it carries you gracefully across the earth – running, swimming, moving to the rhythm of Mother Nature.

As you return from this dreamlike state, we invite you into gentle, playful movements to explore and share your experience. Unlock your body wisdom!
