Many of us as adults have lost the sense of play we had as children. There are few places where we can feel free to laugh loud and let ourselves be known. We will be using the basic play forms of InterPlay® developed over the past 25 years for persons who want more creativity and fun in their life. It is a body-based philosophy and practice that helps integrate body, mind, and spirit, as well as rediscover play. Its incremental approach invites people of all abilities and ages to access their body information through movement, stillness, voice, and storytelling.
