Spring is the InterPlay of Winter & Summer

Nandita Batheja leads the Thursday Spring Equinox class--all-genders welcome!
Nandita Batheja

Oakland, CA

Thursday, March 19th, 7pm-8:25 pm, in person

The SF Bay Area is in bloom and we are yawning and stretching into longer days. Join us as Nandita Batheja leads the Thursday night class and others to celebrate the balance point between winter and summer: An easy, fun way to shake out winter stiffness, turn toward the sun, and welcome your own renewal. We will play & move, share some stories, emerge from our cocoons, and welcome whatever comes.

COVID & Health Protocol: If you’ve been sick or been around someone who’s been sick in the last five days, please stay home and join us another time. Masks are welcome, but not required. We have high ceilings and run an air purifier.

Transportation and parking: Our lovely studio is in urban Oakland. If driving, we recommend parking on major streets like Grand Avenue and Telegraph Avenue (and not 23rd) and not leaving things in your vehicle. We are also close to BART and several bus lines and great bike paths. There is good bike parking on Telegraph, and you're also welcome to bring your bike inside the studio.
