The InterPlay Life Practice Program is a nine month experience in using InterPlay tools and practices to unlock the wisdom of your body. It’s based in a supportive community that says yes to each of its members. You will find:

EASE

•Practice maximizing ease, minimizing stress so you can shape your life in the ways that work best for you.

COMMUNITY

•Learn the importance of community to support change ¬– you don’t have to go it alone. As you change, your relationships, your organizations, your world will change.

FUN

•Easy, incremental, and affirming, InterPlay is playful and engaging, and sometimes irreverent. It can be moving and sometimes challenging, and it builds on strengths rather than focusing on limitations. Who knew that change could be so fun?

MENTORING

•Through playing with the InterPlay forms, focus sessions, and group discussions you will find what feeds, nourishes, and energizes you. Each person receives three individual focus sessions during the course of the program.

A COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEM

•In the life practice program you will learn the core elements of the InterPlay system- new ideas and practices to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. Learn the whole InterPlay system!

INTEGRATION

•InterPlay will teach you to pay attention to all levels of your experience – mind, body, heart and spirit – and to see how you can thrive when all those parts are working together.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

•Learn how to make your job more enjoyable, productive and sustainable. Elements of the InterPlay system are being applied by therapists, social workers, health care professionals, leaders in faith communities, educators, managers and organizational leaders.
