All-day play sessions open to all. Newcomers welcome! InterPlayers from Michigan, Indiana, and ...?... will play in Battle Creek, MI for the first time ever. We''ll play with basic forms and do some planning and practicing for the Goshen Mystery in the Moment performance event on March 5th. Bring water bottle and snacks, food to share in potluck lunch. Free will donation.

Large red brick church. Take 194 to 94 which leads right into downtown Battle Creek. Turn left at first stoplight go 1/2 block. Enter through parking lot (also very large) in rear of bldg. If you need more directions call Pastor Russ Lucas 517-230-5157.

Barbara K. Toshalis
Barbara has moved and danced in response to an inner spirit, music and Creation most of her life. As a spiritual director and InterPlay Leader she offers SoulPlay to individuals and groups in Michigan. SoulPlay deepens and transforms our bodyspirits, offering healing and joy through play and awareness in movement and stillness.
Linda Schlabach Miller
Linda Schlabach Miller has been doing InterPlay under the direction of Cynthia Winton-Henry / Phil Porter, since 1988. She was a part of the first away Leadership Training Program and is certified as an InterPlay Leader. She teaches InterPlay in Goshen, Indiana along with her partner in play, John Glick and enjoys the luxury of being invited to use InterPlay forms in worship at her Mennonite Church. Linda has taught Life Practice Programs in Goshen, Kalamazoo, Michigan and Ann Arbor, Michigan. Linda is currently mentoring 4 Leaders in Training. Linda enjoys telling people that she is a recovering serious person (to get a reaction) and sighing audibly in public places.
Gay Guard-Chamberlin
An InterPlayer since 2000, Gay Guard-Chamberlin has a Masters of InterDisciplinary Arts from Columbia College Chicago. Gay has taught InterPlay in Chicago, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, and has co-led 3 Life Practice Programs training new instructors. She has used InterPlay with hospice staff, at grief support groups and grief camps, and to create performance and poetry through her Word Play classes in collaboration with her husband, renowned musician Doug Chamberlin. Gay is presently involved in developing a theatrical piece through 4TELL, an InterPlay-based performance group; and with sharing InterPlay in the Jewish community with preschoolers and their parents.
