InterPlay Leader in Training
On the one hand - I am a public health professional, a project manager, a type A personality who spends a lot of time in my head which is safe and comfortable. Recently diagnosed with the alphabet soup of ADHD and OCD, InterPlay has helped me to focus and to be present. And on the other hand (both hands can also be true at the same time) – InterPlay allows me to move out of my head, and to live an embodied and deeply connected life. InterPlay practice helps me to connect on all levels. It facilitates my inner authority, moving me to sing, dance, shape, thrust and yes….to just be still…and human. My goal is to foster InterPlay in the Lansing, MI area, leading community events along with providing government and non-profit employee engagement activities. I look forward to connecting with you through our stories, voice, movement, and stillness.
