Using simple, guided forms that incorporate movement, sound, stillness, and storytelling, InterPlay invites participants to become more present, expressive, and connected to themselves and others. Everyone can do it, and every activity is guided. It can be playful, releasing, introspective, surprising, and wonderfully easy to enter into. Maryellen has been teaching InterPlay in communities across the country since 2021.
