Certified InterPlay Leader
Katy is a certified InterPlay leader who leads joyful InterPlay sessions with inspirational seniors in Middletown, CT. She has lead several workshops with the Episcopal church in CT to explore race and privilege thru the ease that InterPlay forms and tools bring. She performed with In Good Company (a modern dance troupe in New Haven CT) in the 80's after receiving her BA in dance from Mount Holyoke College in MA. She is currently the owner of Move2Joy LLC - a Massage Therapy and movement education practice in Durham, CT. Katy is also certified to instruct Yoga Tune Up® and the Roll Model Method and has taught wellness workshops at Choate Rosemary Hall, The Giving Garden, the Dudley Farm and the local library. She is a Certified Compassionate Touch® Practitioner as well. Katy lives with her husband and two dogs in rural CT when not visiting her two kids in Florida or her camp on the coast of Maine.
