Sophia believes that just because life can be complex, that doesn't mean it has to feel complicated. In service to this belief, she runs her own business offering trainings to help people navigate complexity with more ease and confidence. Sophia has an MSc in Holistic Science, is a qualified shiatsu therapist and a certified InterPlay leader. Within her workshops she combines her knowledge of complex systems with holistic and embodied methodologies from the discipline of shiatsu and the practice of InterPlay. To further support her work, Sophia also regularly attends conferences and conducts her own research in the fields of complexity, embodiment, playfulness and arts-based practices.
