Caroline brings to InterPlay leadership depth, compassion, and a spirit of inquiry born of more than three decades of experience teaching, coaching and facilitating in the areas of diversity and equity, intercultural conflict, and cross-cultural dialogue. A nationally-recognized presenter, facilitator, consultant, and coach, Caroline helps individuals, schools, and other organizations understand, acknowledge, breakthrough fears and other barriers that engender bias, social inequity, and impede meaningful interaction with perceived others. A current area of focus is conscious aging.
Caroline holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work, certifications in human development practices and assessments and process arts. She is the consulting editor of Diversity Practice in Independent Schools and contributing author to multiple books and publications. Caroline has been the recipient of SheKnows Magazine's 100 Most Inspiring Women Award. She is a life partner a wife, a mother, sister, daughter, GiGi, foodie and recovering serious person!
