As a nonprofit leader, Executive/Life Coach (CPCC), and Certified InterPlay Leader, Susanne has been building teams, leading organizations and coaching people for more than 20 years. She is also a facilitator, ritual creator, performing singer-songwriter, and photographer.
Together with her partner, Jan, Susanne is co-founder of Raissle-Mulcahy Partners and 88NEWTS Coaching and Consulting, which focuses on Executive/Life Coaching, Nonprofit Consulting, Experiential Learning, and Environmental and Health Education.
Susanne is currently Executive Director of Youth Science Institute (YSI) in Santa Clara County, CA. She also maintains an Executive Coaching practice that focuses on nonprofit executives and leaders. She is proud to serve as Board Vice President of BodyWisdom, Inc. (InterPlay).
