Revolutionary Love Practice-Playgroup 2023
Online, ONLINE
2nd & 4th Mondays; Beginning 5/22/23; 3-5pm PT/ 6-8pm CT/ 7-9pm ET
You are invited to join Wai-Chin and Karen to explore & practice a counter-intuitive approach to transforming the World, when rage as well as social and racial upheaval so often seem to surround us these days. We will be using InterPlay forms and tools and Valarie’s Kaur’s Revolutionary Love Compass to practice loving self, others and opponents.
This practice-playgroup will explore the ten practices of the “Revolutionary Love Compass.” We meet twice a month on the 2nd & 4th Mondays of the month. Our hope is to engage in one practice each session to labor in love for ourselves, for others, and for our opponents in order to transform the world.
Financial support for this project has been provided by the Racial Equity and Transformation (RET) Mini Grant through InterPlay.
Commitment: A commitment to the ten sessions is required. Class will be recorded if you have an unexpected circumstance that requires you to miss a class. A copy of the book to follow along would be very helpful.

Wai-Chin is Singaporean Chinese, who was transplanted to the U.S.A. 35 years ago when she came to do her graduate studies, and met her American-Japanese husband.
She’s a spiritual director who comes alive whenever there’s an opportunity to midwife what’s ready to be birthed. She’s particularly experienced in bringing forth new life from the ashes of change and transition. Mentored and credentialed as an Ensoulment Coach, and a certified InterPlay leader, Wai-Chin loves to weave spirituality, somatic practices, soul-tending and InterPlay tools and forms into a tapestry of Love and Play. She especially enjoys shaping these tapestries into retreats, ongoing Body Wisdom Playgroup, and soul care workshops specifically for social reform activists.
