Caroline brings to InterPlay leadership depth, compassion, and a spirit of inquiry born of more than two decades of experience teaching, coaching and facilitating in the areas of diversity education, intercultural conflict management, and cross-cultural dialogue--and a lifetime of wisdom cultivated through life as a black woman in the United States. Whee!!! She is a nationally-recognized presenter and consultant, who has assisted individuals, schools and other organizations from coast to coast break through fears and other barriers that engender limited thinking about (the multicultural) self and impede meaningful interaction with perceived others. She holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism, and a Master?s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University. Caroline is a contributing author to the recently-published, Guidebook to the NAIS Principles of Good Practice, which explores best practices in education. She is currently working on her own volume, tentatively titled Playing with Difference!
